ISO 9001:2000 Cert No. 205543
To the Concerned Parties, Clients, Directors, and Shareholders,
Bureau Veritas Certification North America, Inc. has audited the Quality Management
System of Samson Products Inc. in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standard, and is
pleased to announce their successful certification.
The audit was conducted in accordance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000.
This Standard requires a thorough sampling of a supplier’s Quality Management
System, and the end result provides assurance that the Quality Management system is
in compliance with the Standard and stated procedures.
An audit includes examining, on a sample basis, evidence supporting the existence of a
documented and implemented system against the Standard. Our audit consisted
principally of inquiries of company personnel and procedures applied to the company’s
stated Quality Management System. Based on our audit, we are not aware of a ny nonconformance
to the applicable Standard prohibiting the issuance of a certificate of
approval.
In our opinion, the Quality Management System of Samson Products Inc. is in compliance with the Standard and we hereby endorse that the system be certified to
ISO 9001:2000.
